This Delivery Policy explains how MyHeartfolio products are delivered.
1. Digital Delivery Only
MyHeartfolio products are custom digital products. We do not ship physical goods unless specifically agreed in writing.
Products may be delivered through:
- A private web link
- Private preview page
- Another agreed digital delivery method
2. When Delivery Happens
Delivery time depends on the selected package, order complexity, customer response time, quality of submitted materials, and production workload.
Any delivery timeline shown on our website or discussed with the customer is an estimate unless we clearly confirm it as guaranteed in writing.
3. Customer Information Needed for Delivery
To complete and deliver the order, the customer must provide accurate contact information and all required creative materials.
This may include:
- Customer name and email
- Recipient name or nickname
- Photos
- Story details
- Messages
- Style preferences
- Music or tone preferences
- Any special instructions
If required information is missing, unclear, or delayed, the delivery timeline may be delayed.
4. When an Order Is Considered Delivered
An order is considered delivered once we send the private link, file, or final product to the contact method provided by the customer or their email address.
If the customer provides an incorrect email address or contact method, we are not responsible for delivery issues caused by that incorrect information. We will make reasonable efforts to resend the product once the correct information is provided.
5. Access Issues
If you cannot access your delivered product, contact us at [Support Email].
We will make reasonable efforts to fix technical access issues, resend the link, or provide an alternative delivery method where possible.
MyHeartfolio products are delivered through an unlisted private link. The link is not publicly listed or promoted by MyHeartfolio, but it may be accessible to anyone who has the link. Customers are responsible for deciding who they share the link with.
If requested, we may be able to disable, replace, or update a delivery link.
6. Link Availability
We aim to keep delivered digital links available, but we cannot guarantee permanent or uninterrupted access. Hosting services, third-party tools, maintenance, or technical problems may affect availability.
Customers should save any downloadable files or important delivery information when available.
7. Revisions After Delivery
If your package includes revision rounds, you may request changes according to our Refund & Revision Policy.
Revisions may affect the final delivery timeline.
