Choose your package
Start by choosing the package that fits the size the vision of the story you want. Each package gives us a different amount of space as well as features to work with, from a short meaningful keepsake to a fuller memory loom.
Tell us what you want to create
You will fill out a short form with the basic direction: who the story is for, what the occasion is, what memories or feelings should be included, and whether you have any special requests. You do not need to write beautifully. A rough explanation is enough.
Choose the visual style
Pick the style that best fits the story. For example, something romantic, warm and nostalgic, family-focused, or more emotional and memorial-like. The style gives the story its design, visual mood, colors, and overall feeling.
Complete payment
After the form is submitted and accepted, we will email you a PayPal invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your order.
Send photos after payment
If you want us to use real photos or provide them as a reference, we will give you instructions after payment. This keeps the order process cleaner and avoids uploading personal images before the order is confirmed. If you do not have photos, that is okay. We can still create visuals based on your story, as long as you describe the people, pets, places, or mood clearly enough.
We create your story
We turn your notes, memories, photos, and chosen style into a complete interactive digital storybook. This includes the story structure, page flow, visuals, text, and final presentation.
Receive your private link
Your finished Heartfolio is delivered as a private web link. You can open it on a phone, tablet, or computer, and share it with the person it was made for.
What we need
from you
You do not need to have everything perfectly prepared. The more useful detail you give us, the more personal the final story can feel.
- Who the story is for
Tell us who the story is about or who will receive it. This could be a partner, sibling, parent, friend, child, pet, family member, wedding guests, classmates, etc.
- The occasion or purpose
Birthday, anniversary, proposal, memorial, apology, celebration, friendship gift, family keepsake, or simply “I want to preserve this story.”
- The important moments
Share the memories, milestones, inside jokes, places, emotions, or moments that should be included.
- The tone
Romantic, funny, nostalgic, emotional, magical, soft, cinematic, playful, elegant, or anything else that fits.
- Photos, if you have them
Photos are helpful, but not required. If you have them, we will collect them after payment. And you can choose if we use the real photos or you prefer them cartoonized (various styles)
- Visual descriptions, if you do not have photos
If there are no photos, describe the people, pet, place, or feeling you want represented. The more details the better, like hair color, approximate age and outfit.
You do not need to write beautifully - a rough explanation is enough.
You can create a story
with or without photos
Real photos can make the story more personal, especially for romantic gifts, family stories, birthdays, and memorials. But they are not required. If you have photos, we can use them as part of the story experience.
If you do not have photos, we can create visuals based on your description. In that case, it helps to describe things like appearance, age, personality, important places, favorite colors, meaningful objects, or the overall mood.

Small details like this help us create a more personal visual direction, even when no original photos are available.

How long
does it take?
Most stories require at least 3–5 business days after payment and after we receive the needed materials.
If you need it sooner, mention that in the form. We cannot guarantee every rush request, but we will let you know what is possible.
The timeline can depend on the package size, how much material you provide, and whether the story needs custom work.
You do not need to have
the perfect idea
Many customers only start with a rough feeling: “I want something romantic,” “I want to make my sister cry in a good way,” “I want to remember our dog,” or “I want a birthday story that feels magical.”
That is enough to begin. The form helps us understand the direction, and if something important is missing, we can ask follow-up questions before creating the final story.
