AI & Photo Usage Notice

MyHeartfolio creates personalized digital storybook gifts using customer-submitted photos, memories, messages, and creative direction.

Because our products are creative and custom-made, we may use AI-assisted tools and creative software as part of the production process.

1. How AI May Be Used

Depending on the selected package and creative direction, AI-assisted tools may be used to:

  • Stylize images
  • Animate photos
  • Generate visual scenes
  • Enhance image quality
  • Create background elements
  • Improve story wording
  • Format creative content
  • Support the production process

The specific AI or creative tools used may change over time depending on quality, availability, cost, reliability, and production needs.

2. Photo Transformation Options

Customers may have different preferences for how their photos are used.

Where available, customers may request options such as:

Use My Photos As-Is

This means we will make reasonable efforts to keep submitted photos unmodified, except for necessary technical adjustments such as cropping, resizing, compression, formatting, or placement inside the storybook.

Allow Creative Transformation

This means the customer allows MyHeartfolio to stylize, animate, enhance, edit, or transform submitted photos as part of the creative product.

3. Customer Permission

By submitting photos or personal materials, you confirm that you own them or have permission to use them for the creation of your MyHeartfolio product.

You should not submit photos, names, private messages, or personal materials if you do not have the right or permission to use them.

4. No Public Sharing Without Permission

We will not publicly share your private photos, story, or final product for marketing without your permission.

5. AI Limitations

AI-assisted results may not be perfect. They may include creative interpretation, visual differences, or small inaccuracies.

Customers should use their included revision rounds to request reasonable corrections where possible.
